The 'Outrageous' babe has been signed for a prominent role by......hold your breath, Yash Raj Films for their forthcoming project starring Shahid Kapur and Rani Mukherjee.
The film is being directed by debutant director Anurag Singh. Apparently Yash Chopra has been impressed with Sherlyn's abilities ever since he saw her film Red Swastik.
Sherlyn is excited about making it to the big league but isn't really in a mood to disclose much about her role in the film. Knowing Yash Raj Films' penchant for secrecy when it comes to their films we aren't blaming the poor girl either. All we can say is Way to go babe!!!

The Queen of internet and the most downloaded internet babe, Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra was the Face of Bollywood at the Global Mobile Congress 2008, Barcelona. Sherlyn represented the marriage of glamour,oomph and spunk with cutting edge technology at the annual event- the 3GSM World Congress. Here are some highlights of the visit as Brand Ambassador of the New Digital Face of Bollywood.

Sherlyn Chopra who met Black Eyed Peas' lead rapper, Will.i.am at the Global Mobile Congress, made such an impression on Will that he invited her to "collaborate" with him on his next music video project. When her album, 'Outrageous' was at the Global Mobile Awards ceremony, Will.i.am actually came over and congratulated her. He told her that his famous number "Don't Phunk with my heart" has a lot of Indian melody embedded into the composition.The Black Eyed Peas are a Grammy award-winning hip-hop /pop group from Los Angeles, California, that has enjoyed worldwide success. The group is currently composed of Will.i.am,Apl.de.ap,Taboo and Fergie.

Sherlyn Chopra was the only Bollywood actress choosen to represent India at the function. Last year Diya Mirza was the Indian representative at the same event. Sherlyn gave away an award to the head honcho of Yahoo Inc. for the "Best Infotainment Portal of the Year' at a glittering sit down dinner function hosted by the International comedian Graham Norton, which was held in the palace of the King of Spain.

I was a very studious person as a school going kid.Being the school topper and excelling in extra-curricular activities were my trade mark.

I looked like an ugly duckling and wore thick glasses.My books were my best friends.If I ever found anyone cheating in my class during a test/exam,I would quickly inform my teacher.No wonder I had no friends!I was really boring as a kid.Seriously!

But then one day,the catterpillar got in the process of converting into a butterfly.Not a regular butterfly....The kind which is called 'Outrageous'.You must check out the images of the Metamorphosis of Sherlyn.You will know what I'm talkng about.

After I came to Mumbai in December 2004,I signed a few projects which I call my 'hot blunders'.I was quite vulnerable then and also naive.I am glad I made those blunders.Coz I value excellence.And I honestly & earnestly to kill mediocrity in & around my life.
